Wugang plates are directly supplied to Guodian Xuanwei Xize Wind Power Project in Yunnan
More than 3,000 tons of high-end wind power steel produced by HBIS Group Wugang Co., Ltd. for Guodian Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guodian) was successfully shipped to customers and will be used in the tower manufacturing of the Xize Wind Power Project in Xuanwei, Yunnan. Wugang is highly recognized by customers for its fast contract delivery and excellent product quality. This customer is also one of Wugang's newly developed direct supply customers in August.
In recent years, Wugang has thoroughly implemented the group's strategic deployment, further strengthened the awareness of efficiency creation in the entire industry, and comprehensively improved overall competitiveness and profitability. Knowing that this customer had been cooperating with a well-known domestic steel mill in the selection of high-end wind power steel, Wugang rose to the challenge and communicated frequently with the customer to determine the steel materials for key parts of its Xuanwei Xize project in Yunnan. Customization conducted in-depth technical exchanges, and the high-end wind power steel customized for it not only exceeded the customer's special quality requirements, but also had a far better delivery time than its previous cooperative steel mills, which was highly recognized by customers. In the supply process, Wugang takes quality standards as the principle of process obedience, letting the market become a powerful driver of change, and constantly optimizes process organization and process points to ensure high-quality and fast delivery of products required by customers.
Guodian Yunnan Xuanwei Xize Project is located on a high mountain ridge in Qujing City. The total installed capacity of the project is 105 MW. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected that the annual on-grid power generation will reach 558 million kilowatt hours, saving approximately 171,000 tons of standard coal, and correspondingly reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 470,000 tons, with significant social and environmental benefits.
