NM500 wear steel pieces to fulfill rising overseas demand for oversized mining and construction wear components.
NM500 wear plate is the most widely used high-hardness abrasion resistant steel in global heavy industry, while large-format NM500 wear steel pieces over 4m length cannot be processed by conventional laser cutting equipment. Our oxy-fuel cutting machine supports maximum cutting length 16m, width 3.2m for large NM500 wear components.
We specialize in oxy-fuel cut large size NM500 wear steel pieces such as large truck body liners, bulk crusher wear plates, large equipment base wear boards. All oversized NM500 pieces are leveled after cutting to avoid bending deformation during long sea transportation.
Recent bulk shipments of oxy-fuel cut large NM500 wear steel pieces have been delivered to mining clients in South Africa, Indonesia and Australia, receiving positive feedback on processing quality and dimensional stability.
